In the past, we have also had successful investments in quick lube centers and land entitlement and development. We partner only with the best managers that are experts in each of the above mentioned areas. High returns have been realized, while the physical real estate property provides downside protection.

Oil & Gas: We offer oil and gas investments through multi-program drilling projects, mostly in the Gulf Coast. Historically, these vehicles have provided an attractive hedge against inflation.
