Fixed Income Investments
Traditional Securities: We manage traditional income portfolios through Schwab Institutional. These portfolios are diversified among money market funds, corporate and municipal bonds, prime rate funds, convertible bonds and high dividend stocks. We construct these portfolios carefully to help manage principal volatility during interest rate fluctuations. These portfolios also act as a collection account for income generated from other investments, which can be wired out to our clients every month.
Trust Deeds: Utilizing individual and private mortgage pools, we construct portfolios of first trust deeds on commercial properties.
Hedged Income Funds: We utilize several institutional specialty income funds.
